Chance Emerson

Chance Emerson is a Taiwanese-American songwriter and recent recipient of the BMI John Lennon Award honoring the top rising songwriters in the country. Chance brings a seasoned approach to crafting hook-driven pop, singer-songwriter, folk, and indie projects, with recent credits including frequent collaborators Bebe Stockwell and Ike Dweck. This past year, Chance has written with Cameron Whitcomb, gavn!, Yoke Lore, Vincent Lima, Bellah Mae and more. Most recently, Chance has gotten in the room with Tommy Genesis, which has now evolved into working on her next album. With his artist project, Chance has played at ACL, Newport Folk Festival, and Lollapalooza, performing with acts ranging from Shakey Graves, to Sam Barber, to Sting.
